By the Knife: Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan
This is a free 36 page PDF to use in your own games with Seek Out, Close With, and Destroy and the DH/C7B system. It details Mujahideen, Afghan Governement forces, and Soviet forces, including artillery, vehicles, helicopters, and aircraft. This is however a work in progress (see my End Notes). I hope to include participation from our Yahoo Group members to produce a "chromed" version two months from now. I will be working on extra equipment to include as well, so the future finished work will be even more complete. In the meanwhile, take a look even if you don't game this conflict. You will find the Soviet information useful for a myriad of other conflicts. Have fun creating a little tabletop mayhem.

The Rif War would help produce several of the key personalities in the soon to follow Spanish Civil War. Hope you enjoy this example of interwar combat using the DH/C7B system.
